Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study presents the planning of an information system based on Enterprise Architecture using the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) framework. TOGAF, developed by The Open Group, provides comprehensive methods and tools for designing, planning, implementing, and managing enterprise architecture. The research follows a structured methodology involving problem identification, literature review, data collection through interviews and observations, and modelling using Bizagi Modeler. The proposed system architecture aims to enhance the efficiency of business processes, particularly in student data search, reducing the average search time from 40 minutes to 3 minutes. The results demonstrate that the TOGAF ADM approach supports strategic alignment between business needs and information systems. Despite challenges such as limited resources and integration complexity, this method proves effective in creating a systematic and scalable architecture. The study concludes with recommendations for further implementation and user training to optimize the benefits of the designed system.
