Abstract
The rapid development of internet technology and social media has had a significant impact on the world of commerce, including in the field of e-commerce. TikTok Shop, as a social commerce platform, has become a clear example of this phenomenon in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the strategy of the TikTok Shop application in increasing online sales by using the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The method used in this research is a literature study, where data is obtained from various sources such as literature reviews, scientific journals, and relevant articles discussing TikTok as a digital marketing platform. The analysis results indicate that TikTok Shop has several strengths, including intensive social interaction, the influence of digital creators, and engaging visual features, all of which support the increase in online sales. However, there are also weaknesses that need to be addressed, such as limited market reach and challenges in maintaining a quality user experience. This research also identifies significant opportunities in market expansion and new feature development, as well as threats from competitors and shifting consumer trends. Overall, the strategy implemented by TikTok Shop has considerable potential to enhance online sales, but continuous adjustments and innovations are required to address the existing challenges.
